Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds on late deliveries as this is outside our control, we will however continue to monitor deliveries and chase the couriers should the delivery not be on time.

Delivery to UK Mainland addresses is free for orders over £200 Exc Vat, except the Highlands and other remote areas (The delivery costs for order under £200 Exc Vat, start from just £5.95 to a maximum of £22.95 + VAT depending on the weight of the item, region and method of delivery chosen). We endeveour to delivery most items within the time frames specified at the checkout and all free delivery orders within 48 hours. If your item is required urgently please call us before placing an order. Certain items are considered special order and can take up to 4 weeks, these items include Bobby Trolley's.
Deliveries for Technical Drawing Pens and Techinal Drawing Equipment may take up to 6 days to deliver.
If delivery is not accepted by you for any reason, then the cost of delivery shall be paid by you and a cancellation charge of a minimum of 20% of the order value will be charged for any such non acceptance of delivery.

Please refer to our returns policy prior to placing an order.
We will accept returns provided that they have not been opened and are sent back in perfect selling condition (this includes any retail packaging). Returns must be received back to us within 7 working days of receipt. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee applied to most returns, we may waive this fee at our discretion in certain circumstances.
We are unable to accept any returns for shipments that have been made outside mainland UK. We are also unable to accept returns or cancellations on special orders. Special order items also includes Plan Chests, Plan Filing Cabinets and Bobby Trolley's.
Any items that are damaged need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any damages reported outside this period will not be accepted. Replacement orders will be sent carriage free ASAP.
Please email us before trying to return any item as you will require an RMA number otherwise your rreturn will be rejected.
If the cartons have been opened we cannot then resell them as new , so a full refund will not be given on item.
