We endeavour to delivery most items within the time frames specified at the checkout and all free delivery orders within 48 hours. Deliveries for Technical Drawing Pens and Technical Drawing Equipment may take up to 6 days to deliver.

If delivery is not accepted by you for any reason, then the cost of delivery shall be paid by you and a cancellation charge of a minimum of 20% of the order value will be charged for any such non acceptance of delivery.

Please note that all delieveries to Northern Ireland will incur a delivery charge.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland or any European Destinations are send on a DAP basis (Delivered to Place), this means we are not responsible for any duties, taxes clearance charges.
