Delivery to UK Mainland addresses is free for orders over £250 Exc Vat, except the Highlands and other remote areas (The delivery costs for order under £250 Exc Vat, start from just £5.95 to a maximum of £12.00 + VAT depending region). We endeavour to delivery most items within the time frames specified at the checkout and all free delivery orders within 48 hours. If your item is required urgently, please call us before placing an order. Certain items are considered special order and can take up to 4 weeks, these items include Bobby Trolley’s.
Deliveries for Technical Drawing Pens and Technical Drawing Equipment may take up to 6 days to deliver.
If delivery is not accepted by you for any reason, then the cost of delivery shall be paid by you and a cancellation charge of a minimum of 20% of the order value will be charged for any such non acceptance of delivery.
