Whilst we will always strive to give the best possible service to our customers, some factors Please note that couriers are still not guaranteeing a next day delivery though 95% are being delivered on time. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds on late deliveries as this is outside our control, we will however continue to monitor deliveries and chase the couriers should the delivery not be on time.
Returns are excepted on most items (please see website for exclusions). Returns must be logged with us within 7 working days of the receipt of the order and returned to us within 14 working days.
Returns are at the expense of the client unless we have made an error with the order. All items must be unopened and in perfect selling order as received.
We will accept returns provided that they have not been opened and are sent back in perfect selling condition (this includes any retail packaging). Returns must be received back to us within 7 working days of receipt. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee applied to most returns, we may waive this fee at our discretion in certain circumstances.
We are unable to accept any returns for shipments that have been made outside mainland UK. We are also unable to accept returns or cancellations on special orders. Special order items also includes Plan Chests, Plan Filing Cabinets and Bobby Trolley's.
Any items that are damaged need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any damages reported outside this period will not be accepted. Replacement orders will be sent carriage free ASAP.
Please email us before trying to return any item as you will require an RMA number otherwise your rreturn will be rejected.
If the cartons have been opened we cannot then resell them as new , so a full refund will not be given on item.
